I could not do this without help so on the hunt I went for a Personal Trainer who would put up with my moaning, winging, crying etc..

Week 4... Well session 4 really.. AND it was very hard but I did it...👊👊

HELP Vega Baja is a charity registered with the Valencian government (CV-04-047761-A). They cover the whole of the Vega Baja area from La Marina to Pilar de la Horadada including inland to Orihuela.
For over 45 years they have been supporting people and like-minded charities. The Charity is totally reliant upon donations, funds raised from both their charity shop, local car boot stall and fundraising events. I will be looking for sponsorship so whatch out!😀
They work closely with other organisations such as the British Consulate, town halls and social service departments with the aim of providing the best support available to individuals and their families, without judgment and in line with data protection regulations at all times.
Their San Miguel centre offers not only advice and information but also includes a charity shop, a welfare team and a mobilty equipment hire offering some of the cheapest hire charges on the Costa Blanca including a 50% discount for members of the charity.
Trust me when I say It's not all fun and games living the dream I still have to do everyday normal stuff like appointments etc... 😝
ENDOMETRIOSIS yes i've still got stage 4 and that will never change. I'm touching on this again just to mention how good my gynacologist is at Torrevieja Hospital. I have to have a check up every 6 months as I am on injections every month. Gynae has decided to take me off the injections and try me with some brand new medication that has just come out of the USA. I start that next month so fingers crossed everything is fine with it. Supposedly its the best ever for endo sufferers like me. Watch this space!!
So my gynae also sent me for a bone density scan. I had to go to the appointment desk at the hospital to get an apointment and was gobsmacked to get one for the very next day. Talk about FAST. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. If you have never been to Torrevieja Hospital for anything then lucky you, but just in case you do get an appointment its quite easy to suss out what to do. https://torrevieja.san.gva.es/ca/
You have to check into the machine with your sip card take the ticket and go to the department your appointment is at.
Sit down and wait for your number to come up on the screen and go to the room it tells you to. Dead easy.
So in my opinion of Torrevieja Hospital over the last 3 half years of being under them - I have no complaints whatsoever they have and are really looking after me.

And while i'm on about cars, still no driving licence which was applied for back in April last year. It has nothing to do with who I went with to get my licence more to do with DGT taking their time. Another trip to Javea to celebrate this nutter's 60th! Gotta love him.
Had a great time as usual and went to a gorgeous restaurant La Plaza no 6 situated in a small quiet courtyard, just a few minutes walk from the sea. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.
