So it was my birthday & like all birthdays I wanted a party.. Especially now we are allowed 10 people in our houses. And what better way to have a party when you don't do any of the cooking.
I first saw these guys a few weeks ago when they came to our outside broadcast at Big Radio Spain to show us what they do. Meet Yolanda, Carlos and Lucia from HandsQualita.
HandsQualita come to your house with all the necessary equipment to cook your chosen Paella. All you need to provide for them is a place in your property to set up and cook. They need it not to be too windy, as the fire could blow out and also some shade if possible.
And off they go.
These guys are amazing. I found them very professional, turned up bang on time and really looked after us.
We didn't have to do a thing. They even brought our drinks to us.

My chosen Paella was ABANDA - prawns & cuttlefish.
Next time and oh yes there will definately be a next time, I will be trying the assorted seafood one.
They will also provide any extra's you wish them to. Like bread, desserts and even drinks. You name it and your wish is their command.
All in all myself & mi amigos had a great afternoon thanks to the guys from HandsQualita.
They will travel from Guardamar, all around the Orihuela-Costa and Bega Baja.
So yes Paella Patio Parties are definately the future!!
