It has taken me a while to write this months blog. Sat a few times at my keyboard and really didn't know where or how to start. Gave my head a wobble and finally here I am back at it.
It was a very sad time having to fly back to the UK for a friends funeral.
RIP Paul you was a legend and will be so missed.
Even though it was a sad affair to have to fly back to the UK it was great to meet up with some friends I haven't seen for far too long.
I managed to get a night out in Poulton Le Fylde. Poulton-le-Fylde is a town in the district of Wyre , in the county of Lancashire ( England ).
It forms part of the urban area of Blackpool .
Beautiful little village.
Poulton has everything you need. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The only bug bear was the last seating of every restaurant was 10.30pm?? That in my opinion is far too early. Wanted a nice sit down meal to end the night but ended up with a takeaway.
Great night with great mates though.

Even though their price of a bottle of Rioja was rather on the expensive side.. Or is that because i'm used to paying less living in Spain? #ouch
The food more than made up for that and it was to die for.

Been wanting to check this place out for an age. More so because of the live music they have on every Sunday and heard loads about their famous Sunday dinners. It did not disappoint one bit. A few starters to share then I had chicken, Lynn had Salmon and Billy chose the Duck. All delicious. Couldn't fault a thing. Not that we wanted to of course. The service was fantastic.
All served very professionally
while being entertained.

Visitors from home is always such an amazing feeling. This time my gorgeous flower girl Amelia & her mammy Mandy. Makes for a busy time though.

More work being done in the house.. It never ends!
I've had new wardrobes fitted as the old wooden ones were being eaten alive by wood lice... Yuk! So in came Tara & Mariya from Sevina and what a fantastic couple they are.
I can't recommend them enough for the job they did. It was a big job to do both bedroom wardrobes.
They were very professional and very clean.
They create interiors, designer cabinets, kitchens, doors, windows.
A wide selection of materials available.
What a fantastic night was had by all when I did an 80's Night at Hillside Snooker & Bar, La Marina. First time here for me and definately will not be the last. The owners, although fairly new, are brilliant along with all the staff.
Everyone made such a great effort to have such a great time.

Maya was well and truly spoilt. Never been to a Spa before she had a great time.
Me... I LOVE Spa's so obviously was the chosen chaperone for the day.
We had a lovely lunch afterwards then it was time to take her home to a surprise party, where a great time was had by all but I doubt I will be djing a 16th birthday party for a while. If ever again. Ha!
